Texas. Ford Engineering, Inc. provides management, design, and construction

Established in 1978, Ford Engineering, Inc. has an outstanding

PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE:
Mrs. Ford joined Ford Engineering in 1998 as Chief
Financial Officer and in 2001 was named President and Chief
Operating Officer. She has responsibility for and directs
all financial and administrative operations of the firm,
including strategic planning, contract administration,
computer system operations, personnel oversight and
management, marketing and business development. Mrs. Ford
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from Lambuth University and has completed
graduate work at Southwest Texas University in San Marcos.

Edwin R. Ford, P.E., R.P.L.S., Executive Vice President

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Edwin
R. Ford, P.E., R.P.L.S., has 38 years of experience in
professional engineering and land surveying. Mr. Ford's
experience ranges from providing municipal engineering
service to clients such as the City of Schertz, for which
FEI has served as the City Engineer for the past twenty-seven
years, to providing complex design services to various
entities including the San Antonio Water System, the City
of San Antonio, Bexar County, and the Edwards Aquifer
Authority. Land development has included projects in some
of the most prestigious communities of Bexar County such
as The Legends at The Dominion, Greystone Country Estates,
The Gardens at Deerfield, Blanco Ridge, and The Waters
at Deerfield.
Mr. Ford also has extensive experience in the planning,
design, coordination, and management of a wide range of
civil / municipal engineering projects for the San Antonio
Water System, City of San Antonio, City of Kirby, City
of Converse, and the City of Schertz. Mr. Ford is knowledgeable
of the San Antonio area and regional land and water resource
issues. His role ranges from principal in charge of system
planning, to facility designer, to project and program
manager.

Michael Lee Perry, P.E. Senior Project Manager
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Perry has worked on projects for public and private clients
including local and state governments, architectural and
construction firms, land developers, industrial, and commercial
clients. He has been the Project Manager for street, sanitary
sewer, water, drainage, and water and wastewater plants.
Mr. Perry has extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations
required by the San Antonio Water System, City of San Antonio,
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Texas Department
of Transportation pertaining to the use and development
of land, including zoning, subdivisions, and platting. Responsibilities
include both technical and engineering services, such as
engineering design and studies, and CADD operations.
Mr. Perry will be responsible for reviewing the bid and
or construction documents during various stages and at completion
for accuracy prior to sealing and signing. Mr. Perry will
establish the schedule for completion of the project within
the specified time, determine milestones and schedule review
meetings such that the schedule will be met.

Mark B. Hill, P.E. Project Design Engineer
PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Hill has served as
project engineer on projects for municipal and private
clients in the San Antonio area. His expertise in civil
engineering is in Water Resources. Mr. Hill has been
involved in such projects as the design of a 2.0 Million
Gallon Ground Storage Tank and Pump Station for the San
Antonio Water System and the design of the West Dietz Creek
Channelization Project for the City of Schertz. The West
Dietz Creek Channelization Project was successful in
removing 308 acres from the 100 year flood plain the City of
Schertz, Texas. Mr. Hill has extensive knowledge of
the regulations and standards required by the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas Commission of
Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and all local municipal
entities.

Rex Hackett, R.P.L.S. Survey Manager
PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Hackett has over 18 years of experience in land surveying
in the south Texas region. He serves Ford Engineering, Inc.
as Survey Manager and will assist in the coordination of
the Survey Department. His wide range of experience has
involved managing and supervising the performance and operation
of Computer Aided Design (CAD) department employees in addition
to field crew employees. Mr. Hackett has extensive knowledge
in preparing boundary construction plats and legal descriptions,
drafting plats, boundary maps, right-of-way maps and topographic
maps for various types of projects which include, but are
not limited to, oil and gas, pipelines and ranch surveys.
Mr. Hackett has coordinated the stake out, boundary surveys,
lot surveys and subdivision designs on numerous projects.
He has the knowledge needed to oversee all phases of a project
from the original request to the final survey.
