Party Chief
- The candidate for this position will be able to perform
construction stake out, boundary surveys, topographic surveys,
and tree surveys. A Party Chief should also be able to
demonstrate competence in job knowledge and skill and must be
able to communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing,
and be able to direct crew operations. Experience with LEICA
Total Station / LEICA GPS Receiver equipment is preferred and a
professional work ethic and excellent driving record is
required.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 5 years minimum

Jr. Party Chief
- The candidate for this position will be able to perform

The candidate for this
position must be able to communicate proficiently, both verbally
and in writing, and follow verbal and written directions. Rodman
position is for someone who is a team player and willing to work
outdoors in all types of weather. This is an entry
level position.
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
Experience: Some experience preferred, but not required.
Will train.
- CAD Technician
- The candidate for this position should have working knowledge of
boundary surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys and tree
surveys. A CAD Technician should be able to communicate proficiently,
both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2008 with Carlson
SurvCADD 2008 is preferred, but not required.

- Civil Engineer
PE/EIT - The
candidate for this position must posses 2 - 6 years of
experience to support engineering design projects and
related engineering duties. The civil engineer will work as
part of a team under the guidance and direction of an
Engineering Project Manager. Projects may include all
aspects of civil engineering including site development;
roadway construction; water distribution; sewage collection,
pumping and treatment; and storm water. The civil engineer
should be self-motivated and able to work on moderately
complex multi disciplined engineering projects.
This individual should posses good
organizational, technical, writing, communication and
computer skills. Experience with engineering software
packages including AutoCAD, Autodesk Land Development or
Civil 3D preferred.
Education and Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited
institute;
Engineering-in-Training certificate is required
