| The FEI1 receiver system is capable of collecting static data while performing Real Time Kinematic (RTK) simultaneously, either by radio modem and/or cellular phone communication. The cellular connection capability extends RTK operational range to the digital service provider area of the entire San Antonio area, avoiding radio frequency interruptions. Our advanced CORS system operates with a radomed choke ring antenna designed by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, capable of providing 3mm/0.02ft +/- 0.5ppm accuracy when post-processing static data with the proprietary software. To improve
